Delete your Roxya account

Roxya is a HYROX training app for iPhone, Android and the web. You can delete your account and its data at any time, in the app or by e-mail.

What is deleted

Your account and everything in it: your profile, sessions, workouts and plans, photos and videos, Apple Health figures, coach conversations, messages, blocks and reports, and the access of your watch and of the apps you connected. This cannot be undone.

What is kept, and for how long

Messages: the person you wrote to keeps the conversation, without your name, and their own messages.
Security records (IP addresses, logins): kept without your e-mail address, currently with no fixed time limit.
Coach: Anthropic deletes its copies within 30 days, or keeps one its safety systems flag for up to 2 years; OpenAI keeps its copies for up to 30 days.
Server logs and backups: kept by our host, Railway, for the periods its service applies.
Subscription: Apple and Stripe keep their own purchase records. Deleting your account cancels a subscription bought on the web, not one bought on the iPhone: cancel that one in your Apple ID settings.
